Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fling and are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Do not use Fling to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, defraud, spam, distribute illegal content or interfere with the service.

You remain responsible for content you submit and grant Fling the limited rights necessary to host and display it as part of operating the service.

Use judgment when interacting with people online or meeting in person and report suspicious or abusive conduct.

Features may change as the service evolves. Access may be restricted for safety, security, legal compliance or violations of these Terms.
